Online Availability and Booking

Online booking is a necessary feature for any hospitality business looking to succeed in today's competitive market.  More and more, potential guests are looking for their reservation availability online.  Many do the booking then and there.  Don't get left behind, add this feature to your listing on BnB Concierge AND to your BnB website.

How does it work?
Imagine being able to take online reservations from BnB Concierge and your own BnB/Inn website.  Well, our Online Availability and Booking service not only does both, but they are seamless and are integrated together.

When a potential guest visits your listing or web site, there will be a small area for them to pick the dates they would like to visit.  When they search those dates, our module communicates with BnB Concierge and checks your BnB's availability.  It returns each room, the dates they are available as well as the cost for each night.

If the guest would like to book, they simply select the days and rooms they want.  At that point they directed to a secure web page (redirected to BnB Concierge if this happens on your website) to have them complete the booking.  Once things go through, you and your guest will be emailed each other's contact information, and deposit/booking policy.

You, the Bed and Breakfast Owner/Manager will then have the option to Confirm the Booking or Cancel it.  Until you do so, the room is not considered booked.  At this point, depending on your deposit policy, you can contact your potential guest and get his credit card information and process it.  BnB Concierge does not take deposits for reservations and is not involved any further than simply connecting both parties.

Cost
